Angie and I have paid dearly for our educations.   We have and continue to pay with blood, sweat, tears and of course cash.  We think that everyone that truly wants to learn should be afforded the chance.  Here at Full Circle Ranch we offer a variety of choices that are all affordable, effective and designed to fit the individuals goals and needs. Let’s go through some of the choices....

Resident Student

When someone comes here to study they are assured of lots of one-on-one attention.  Sometimes, more than they want!  Our numbers are  limited and we even offer a chance for you to be the only student here for one or two week periods of time when scheduling allows.  We have comfortable housing for you and your horse at reasonable rates.  You will spend lesson time with us with time allotted for skills enhancement and for watching us work with problem horses or colts getting their start in life.  Those who want may handle horses other than their own to strengthen skills and broaden horizons.  You will immerse  yourself in horses!  We are in the mountains almost every day and students are encouraged to go with us.  Take your skills from the rail to the trail.

Working Student

This is where the blood sweat and tears come in.  Our working students work with us cleaning stalls, building fences and working horses.  The work is long and hard.  You have to be self motivated to reap the full benefits of this program.  References, some experience and a commitment of time of at least three months is required.  We only accept two or three students for this position per year and competition is stiff.  Be careful what you ask for, you may get it.

Apprenticeships

This is a program for those committed to exploring a career in horsemanship.  A six month program will include colt starting, working with troubled horses, finishing horses and traveling with us to some of the clinics we give.  This is a very intense program for those who truly want it.  We will only accept four to six students per year for this program.  All facets of a working horse operation will be covered.

Clinics

We travel all over the world giving clinics and seminars and would love to come to your area!  Our clinics are small, affordable and can be tailored to fit your groups needs and desires.  Topics in the past have included, endurance riding, dressage, reining, cutting, colt starting and working young horses.  Formats range in time from one to four days.  Call for more information.
